Our Patient Account Liaisons (PALs) are professionally trained financial counselors who are available to assist you with your “financial care” questions. They are able to provide information concerning insurance coverage specific to your individual insurance plan, including deductibles and copay amounts due for the services you receive. Please do not hesitate to ask for them while you are here or give them a call when you return home.
Please do not hesitate to contact the PALS for assistance with information on programs that can help with your medical finances if you do not have health insurance.
