Lenoir Memorial Foundation

The Lenoir Memorial Foundation joins Lenoir Memorial Hospital in celebrating "100 years of hospital care" throughout 2006.

When illness strikes, we all want care. The best care available. We also want the hope that comes from knowing our doctors and nurses have the very best medicine and technology at their disposal. And the compassion that says tomorrow will be a better day.

At Lenoir Memorial Hospital, we have been offering care, hope and compassion to the people of Lenoir, Greene and Jones counties for over 100 years.

Lenoir Memorial Foundation was established in 1986 to support the mission of the Hospital and to provide an avenue for giving that benefits Lenoir Memorial. It is designed for those who wish to make special gifts in honor or memory of a loved one or friend. Donors can request that their gift be used for a special purpose or for Lenoir Memorial's most immediate needs. With support from generous donors, Lenoir Memorial can continue to provide effective and affordable healthcare services for the citizens of our community. Donations are used to purchase major equipment and to sponsor health endeavors focused on improving the quality of life within our service area. Also, throughout the year, the Foundation coordinates various fund-raisers such as the Cradle Crowd, Charity Golf Tournament, the High Fever Follies, and the Holiday Benefit Reception.
